REAG was engaged by AbrahamLinc, a family-owned flooring supplier based in Bridgeport, West Virginia, to facilitate a strategic exit. Founded nearly 40 years ago, AbrahamLinc had built a regional distribution business with four locations across the Mid-Atlantic and customer relationships spanning 15 states. The company exemplified operational excellence in the building products sector with a Class-A asset profile, top-tier quality, and a niche market position.

New Angle Beveling

REAG was engaged by New Angle Beveling (NAB), a family-owned glass manufacturer and fabricator specializing in Insulated Glass Units (IGU) and tempered shower glass doors to facilitate the sale of their business. The company, founded by Leonard Martell and operated by his three children Marc, Greg, and Nanette, sought to transition the business while preserving its legacy.

Innovative Electronics Corporation

REAG was engaged by Innovative Electronics Corporation (“IEC”) to grow the company through acquisition. The printed circuit board space is segmented into long-run and short-run production. The majority of the long-run production is done off-shore. Short-run production is done domestically but is highly competitive resulting in extremely thin margins for industry participants.

ChemMasters

ChemMasters is a third-generation family owned business that manufactures specialized concrete coatings and chemicals for highway, commercial, and residential construction projects.  The company maintained available capacity at its primary operating facility that it desired to fill through the acquisition of complementary businesses.

Fuzion Technologies

Fuzion Technologies, Inc. hired REAG to execute the sale of Armstrong Precision Manufacturing, the machining operation of Fuzion Technologies’ Brick Division. Fuzion Technologies is a refractory product company providing a full range of refractory materials for industries such as cement, lime, iron, steel, paper, pulp, chemical, glass, energy, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metal industries.

Kadee Industries

Kadee Industries is a leader in the design and manufacturing of architectural grating systems and entrance mats for commercial buildings throughout the United States. The company hired REAG to serve as the exclusive sell-side advisor for the company.
