Founding Partner

Scott Mashuda

Scott Mashuda is responsible for the firm’s growth and strategic vision. He has more than two decades of mergers & acquisitions and business valuation experience. He has represented both public and private companies in matters of sale, purchase, valuation, and restructuring.

A board member of the M&A Source since 2017, Scott has served in various leadership roles within the organization. He was Chair of the Board in 2023, and previously held positions including Chair of the Marketing Committee and Chair of Sponsorship.

Scott was named one of the 2013 “40 Under 40” top M&A service providers by The M&A Advisor. He is an active member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He also served as an adjunct professor of entrepreneurial finance at Duquesne University’s Palumbo Donahue School of Business.

Prior to founding REAG with Todd Torquato in 2004, he served as a senior valuation analyst at accounting firm Ernst & Young.

Scott is a dedicated husband, father, coach, and hockey dad. He’s an active participant in F3, a proud supporter of A Soldier’s Child Foundation, and an avid real estate investor.

Todd Torquato

Todd Torquato has over two decades of business valuation and mergers & acquisitions experience. He has represented private, closely-held companies in matters of sale, acquisition, and valuation. He oversees REAG’s operations and the execution of its strategic initiatives.

Todd’s scientific approach and dedication to implementing best practices have been instrumental in REAG’s success, guiding companies through pivotal transactions. He is an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and M&A Source, where he was a 2023 Gold Club recipient.

Prior to co-founding REAG with Scott Mashuda in 2004, he worked in the manufacturing and operations division of GlaxoSmithKline.

Outside of REAG, Todd is passionate about cooking and outdoor activities with his family. He is an active supporter of the A Soldier’s Child Foundation, MMOC and serves on the boards of his childrens’ sports organizations.

Vice President

Jaclyn Ring, CM&AP, M&AMI

Jaclyn Ring joined REAG in 2013 and has over 10 years of mergers and acquisitions experience. She is responsible for the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Jaclyn is an active member of the M&A Source earning the prestigious CM&AP designation in 2020 and more recently, the M&AMI. She is also a recipient of the 2023 Gold Club Award from the M&A Source. She is a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and an active participant in the ACG Women’s Network and the recipient of the 2024 ACG Pittsburgh Women in Transaction Award. In 2023, Ring was elected to the M&A Source Board of Governors and serves as the sponsorship chair.

Prior to joining REAG, she worked in the front office of the Pittsburgh Pirates, where she had a strong track record of client service, satisfaction, and retention.

Jaclyn lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and three children. She enjoys being on the sideline for children’s youth sporting events. As a family they enjoy skiing, exploring new places through travel, and spending time outdoors.

Chief Marketing Officer

Joshua C. Irons

Josh Irons joined REAG in 2021 and has 20 years of strategic marketing and business development experience.

Josh earned an MBA from Villanova University with a marketing specialization, a BA in Journalism, Public Relations, and Advertising from Temple University and an international business certificate from Bocconi University in Milan Italy.

As a passionate steward of his community, Josh dedicates time to causes such as Big Brother Big Sister of South Eastern, PA, Toys for Tots, and the Movember Foundation. Based in Suburban Philadelphia, Josh’s free time is spent with his wife, Dawn, and son, Ari.

Associate

Alexander Morgan

Alex Morgan joined REAG as an associate in 2022 after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Integrated Business. He plays a key part in supporting the execution of both buy-side and sell-side transactions, while also contributing to various firm-wide initiatives.

Prior to joining REAG, Alex gained a broad range of internship experience, including positions as a finance intern at Anglo Offshore Resources, a fundraising development intern at the onePulse Memorial & Foundation, and a blockchain research intern at Standard DAO. During his time at university, he held multiple leadership roles, notably serving as Vice President of Revenue for the Financial Management Association and Director of Finance for Strike Magazine.

 Outside of REAG, Alex supports Chelsea F.C., and enjoys spending time with friends and family in various outdoor activities.
