Scott Mashuda
Scott Mashuda is responsible for the firm’s growth and strategic vision. He has more than two decades of mergers & acquisitions and business valuation experience. He has represented both public and private companies in matters of sale, purchase, valuation, and restructuring.
A board member of the M&A Source since 2017, Scott has served in various leadership roles within the organization. He was Chair of the Board in 2023, and previously held positions including Chair of the Marketing Committee and Chair of Sponsorship.
Scott was named one of the 2013 “40 Under 40” top M&A service providers by The M&A Advisor. He is an active member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He also served as an adjunct professor of entrepreneurial finance at Duquesne University’s Palumbo Donahue School of Business.
Prior to founding REAG with Todd Torquato in 2004, he served as a senior valuation analyst at accounting firm Ernst & Young.
Scott is a dedicated husband, father, coach, and hockey dad. He’s an active participant in F3, a proud supporter of A Soldier’s Child Foundation, and an avid real estate investor.
