LAS VEGAS, NV –  REAG is proud to announce that Jaclyn Ring, M&AMI, CM&AP, and Scott Mashuda were awarded the prestigious M&A Source Service Award at the 2024 M&A Source Fall Conference & Deal Market at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.

Ring received the award in recognition of her outstanding contributions as Sponsorship Committee Chair, while Mashuda was honored for his dedicated service as Outgoing Chair of the organization. These awards highlight REAG’s continued commitment to leadership within the M&A community.

During the conference, REAG’s team played pivotal roles in several key sessions, notably the groundbreaking “M&A from a Woman’s Perspective” panel which featured industry leaders Jaclyn Ring, Tawyna Gilreath, Sandy Dalton, and Kalihma White, with Robyn Siers serving as moderator. The panel’s success helped establish the foundation for the inaugural Women’s Networking Event, marking a significant step forward in promoting diverse perspectives in the M&A landscape.

Todd Torquato joined Russell Cohen of South Florida M&A Advisors for an insightful presentation on “Turbocharge Your Dealmaking with AI Technology and Data,” moderated by Charlie Buffa of Sourcescrub. Ring also led the widely attended “Tales From the Battlefield of Dealmaking” panel, featuring industry veterans Pino L. Bacinello of Pacific Mergers & Acquisitions Inc. and Ron Edmonds of Principium Group, Inc., which provided valuable insights through sell-side deal case studies.

The team’s recognition comes at a particularly noteworthy time for Ring, who was recently elected to serve as the Chair of the Board for M&A Source in 2026. This appointment marks another significant milestone in her career and further demonstrates her growing influence in the M&A industry.

Ring’s term as Chair will begin in 2026 after she serves as the 2025 Conference Chair. Earlier this year, the M&A Source recognized REAG’s Torquato and Ring with Gold Club Awards for outstanding performance in 2023 as part of its annual Member Awards Program. Ring also recently received the Women in Transaction Award from ACG Pittsburgh, acknowledging her outstanding achievements and leadership in the M&A industry. These accolades continue to showcase the expertise and leadership of REAG’s team in the M&A field.

“These service awards reflect our team’s dedication to advancing the M&A profession and contributing to the growth of our industry,” said Todd Torquato. “We’re particularly proud of Jaclyn’s upcoming role as Chair of the Board in 2026, which will allow her to further shape the future of M&A Source and the lower middle market transaction community.”
