Pittsburgh, PA – October 9. REAG is proud to announce that Jaclyn Ring, M&AMI, CM&AP, has been elected to serve as the Chair of the Board for M&A Source in 2026. This appointment marks another significant milestone in Ring’s career and underscores her leadership in the M&A industry.
M&A Source, the preeminent association for the lower middle market transaction community, has recognized Ring’s expertise and proven leadership abilities with this prestigious appointment. Ring, based in Cleveland, OH, will assume the role following the 2025 Chair, Kathlene Thiel, CBI®, M&AMI® of ThielGroup, LLC.
In a groundbreaking move, M&A Source is set to have two consecutive female chairs, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s history. Lamar Stanley, the current Chair of the Board, emphasized the importance of this development. “With Jaclyn’s proven leadership ability,” Stanley stated, “we are confident she will continue to guide us on our path to being the preeminent association for the lower middle market transaction community.”
Ring’s term as Chair will begin in 2026, following her current service on the Board of Governors. With the 2026 Chair position also comes the 2025 Conference Chair appointment. Earlier this year, the M&A Source recognized REAG’s Todd Torquato and Jaclyn Ring with Gold Club Awards for outstanding performance in 2023 as part of its annual Member Awards Program. Ring also recently received the Women in Transaction Award, acknowledging her outstanding achievements and leadership in the M&A industry.
