Scott Mashuda Named Incoming Chair of M&A Source
January 23, 2023 The M&A Source, the leading not-for-profit association for individuals and firms engaged in lower middle market business transactions, has named Scott Mashuda, co-founder of REAG, as incoming chair for M&A Source. Mr. Mashuda has served on the Board of Directors in various capacities since 2017.
Mr. Mashuda has two decades of M&A and business valuation experience – representing both public and private companies in matters of sale, purchase, valuation, and restructuring.
As M&A Source Chair, Mr. Mashuda is thrilled to be able to continue the high level of engagement with the M&A Source community. On this new appointment, Mr. Mashuda remarked,

Recently, at the 2022 M&A Source Conference and Deal Market at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa, Mr. Mashuda received the M&A Source Chair’s Award for Excellence by then M&A Source Chair Jeff Swiggett.
As a frequent commentator and expert on M&A, Mr. Mashuda is also an active member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
