REAG is pleased to announce the sale of Walker Lumber Company, Inc. (“Walker Lumber’) to N.I. Acquisitions (“N.I.”). Walker Lumber, based in Woodland, PA, was a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Hardwoods of Michigan, Inc prior to the acquisition by N.I. Walker Lumber, established in the 1960’s, is a Forrest Steward Council certified fully integrated saw mill that produces high quality kiln dried wood products of 3A common quality and better.
Lumber at this facility is graded, cut and dried for distribution to various secondary manufacturers including cabinet, furniture and millwork companies.
