The company was established in 1991 in Ross Township, Pennsylvania and carries brand names such as Young America, Romina, Echelon, Munire, Baby’s Dream, Pali, and many more. REAG acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to USA Baby Pittsburgh in this transaction.
