On April 18, 2012 REAG hosted “The TRUTH About Selling Your Business” at the DoubleTree Hotel in Independence, OH, a south suburb of Cleveland.
Attendees had the opportunity to interface directly with senior members of the REAG team and gather first hand information about the process of transferring business ownership. Lots of detailed information was exchanged including:
- How to determine a proper asking price
- The importance of having third party representation
- How to maintain confidentiality; and
- The importance of developing personal chemistry with potential buyers
Following the seminar attendees had nothing but positive things to say about the experience including, “I really enjoyed the presentation,” and “very professional and informative.”
