5 Steps to a Successful Acquisition

On June 12, 2014 REAG managing director, Scott Mashuda presented ‘5 Steps to a Successful Acquisition”.

The presentation to Wire-Net membership was well attended and well-received.  Participants learned that successful business acquisitions are as much about prepartion as they are about strategy execution.   

The “5 Steps to a Successful Acquisition” included how to properly develop acquisition criteria, how to successfully lead a search for acquisition targets, discussion about who should be on an acquisition team, and a demonstration of the importance of creating value for the seller.
