In the fourth quarter of 2016, Scott Mashuda, managing director of REAG, was elected by his peers to serve on the board of directors of the M&A Source. Mr. Mashuda began his service on January 1, 2017.

The M&A Source is a fantastic association that provides quality continuing education and profesional development to intermediaries at all stages of their careers. I’m very proud to be in a position to help futher the association and the profession,” said Mashuda.
The M&A Source is organized and operated to promote members’ professional development to better serve their clients’ needs and maximize public awareness of the services performed by intermediaries as well as other ancillary adviors who facilitate solutions available for lower middle market merger and aquisition transactions.
