REAG completed the sale of Allegheny Valley Residence, a personal care facility located in Tarentum , PA. REAG and Independence Realty Services served as the exclusive sell-side advisors for the transaction. The company was bought by New Hope Health Care, Inc., a rehabilitation facility company headquartered in Scranton, PA.
Following the sale, Mr. J. Rodney and Gary Duster, former owners of Allegheny Valley Residence, said that “even when the sale seemed doomed with a lot of problems, [REAG] persevered and [made] the deal a reality. If in the future we were to decide to sell any of our other businesses, [REAG] would be the one that we would call on to do so.”
