REAG hosted “How to Maximize the Value of Your Business Upon Sale or Exit” in conjunction with the RLA’s KnowlegePoint Academy. The event provided attendees the opportunity to discuss and ask questions regarding:
- Preparing a business for sale
- How buyers determine an offering price
- How to increase the value of their business
- The business selling process; and
- Assembling a team of advisors
Mr. Scott Mashuda, Managing Director, said “there was a nice cross section of attendees which made for great dialogue.” Mr. Mashuda went on to say that “Due to the great response that REAG had for this event, similar events will be planned for 2009 throughout the area.”
