REAG completed the sale of Armstrong Precision Manufacturing, a machine shop located in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, to a confidential strategic buyer for an undisclosed price. REAG served as the exclusive sell-side advisor for Armstrong Precision Manufacturing in the transaction.
