Mr. Scott Mashuda, Managing Director of REAG has three teaching engagements at Penn State Greater Allegheny for the course “The Bond Between Deal Structure and Deal Value: How Changing One Changes the Other.” The course examines the mergers and acquisitions process from a value perspective by providing an overview of business valuation theory and the M&A process. Discussion topics will include: earnouts, installment sales, structured sales, 1031 exchanges for business, charitable remainder trusts and 338 elections.
The course is geared towards CPA’s who are interested in the subject matter and/or obtaining CPE credits.
