Todd A. Torquato, Chief Operating Officer of REAG, LLC, attended the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association Fall Conference 2012 at the Valley Forge Hotel & Casino in Valley Forge, PA on October 17th and 18th.
The conference was well attended by both PBBA and PICPA members.
A sample of the educational events attended by Mr. Torquato included:
- The Legal Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions,
- Integrated Approaches to Professional Marketing; and
- Overcoming Deal Obstacles.
In addition to attendance at these educational sessions, Mr. Torquato used the conference as a platform to meet with other intermediaries, attorneys and accountants from throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New Jersey to facilitate opportunities for buy-side and sell-side clients of REAG.
