MBPJ is a New York based corporation seeking the acquisition of multiple electronic contract manufacturers located in the Northeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.
REAG acted as the exclusive finder and buy-side adviser to MBPJ in this transaction.
