ACG Pittsburgh serves as the region’s premier association for middle market dealmakers and provides access to a thriving global network of executives, thought leaders, attorneys, advisors, capital resources and M&A professionals.

Jaclyn Ring joined River’s Edge Alliance Group (REAG) in 2013 and for nearly a decade, has supported leadership teams, private equity groups, and family businesses to overcome growth obstacles and assist in mergers and acquisitions.

As vice president, Ring works closely with clients throughout the United States to facilitate relationships with deal partners, both with acquisition targets and strategic acquirers. Ring’s unwavering dedication to her work has garnered accolades across industries in the lower middle market, and she has enjoyed the privilege of working in a variety of sectors including distribution, electronics manufacturing, food and frozen novelties, healthcare, oil and gas services, and plastics manufacturing.

Jaclyn Ring is an active member of the M&A Source, earning the prestigious CMAP designation in 2020, a distinction of advanced training in essential analytical and business tools required to manage successful M&A transactions—from strategy assessment to valuation, diligence, negotiations, and executions.

Through the Pittsburgh Chapter of ACG, Ring also participates in the ACG Women’s Network, which fosters connections between women leaders in the dealmaking community. This group of dynamic professional advisers and corporate leaders offers a unique opportunity to share experiences, offer career support, inspiration and mentorship, and grow professional contacts.

As one of more than 7,000 members representing Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, FTSE 100, and mid-market companies in 42 chapters in North America, Europe and Asia, Jaclyn Ring is an incredible asset to the M&A community.
