Mr. Scott Mashuda, Managing Director of CPAs Earn CPE Credits with REAG, has completed teaching his course “The Bond Between Deal Structure and Deal Value: How Changing One Changes the Other” at CCAC for CPE credits. The course was offered at four CCAC locations and provided a brief overview of the M&A process, valuation theory and tools for structuring M&A deals. Those who successfully completed the course earned 3 CPE credits.
