Mr. Scott Mashuda, Managing Director of REAG, completed his last of five teaching assignment with CCAC’s “Center for Professional Development” on April 10, 2008.
Mr. Mashuda developed and taught “The Bond Between Deal Structure and Deal Value: How Changing One Changes the Other” at CCAC’s North Campus. The course provided an overview of the M&A process, valuation theory and tools for structuring M&A deals. Attorneys in attendance received 3 CLE credits towards their annual requirement.
