Todd Torquato

Todd Torquato has over two decades of business valuation and mergers & acquisitions experience. He has represented private, closely-held companies in matters of sale, acquisition, and valuation. He oversees REAG’s operations and the execution of its strategic initiatives.

Todd’s scientific approach and dedication to implementing best practices have been instrumental in REAG’s success, guiding companies through pivotal transactions. He is an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and M&A Source, where he was a 2023 Gold Club recipient.

Prior to co-founding REAG with Scott Mashuda in 2004, he worked in the manufacturing and operations division of GlaxoSmithKline.

Outside of REAG, Todd is passionate about cooking and outdoor activities with his family. He is an active supporter of the A Soldier’s Child Foundation, MMOC and serves on the boards of his childrens’ sports organizations.
