Aaron Stremick brings over two decades of business leadership and financial consulting experience across multiple professional services industries to REAG. His diverse background spanning architecture, accounting, law, bankruptcy, software, and real estate provides a foundation for understanding complex client challenges, with expertise centered on speed of execution and operational excellence.

Aaron’s approach to M&A emphasizes stewardship as a core principle, understanding that M&A work has profound consequences on people’s lives and requires serious commitment to getting it right. At REAG, he focuses on accelerating deal execution while developing west coast relationships and deal flow opportunities. His collaborative leadership style balances curiosity and active listening with decisive action when timing demands quick decisions.

Prior to joining REAG, Aaron built his career by embracing diverse challenges across industries, with expertise including tax strategy, real estate transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, and R&D tax credit optimization. He earned his MBA from The Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
