Aaron Stremick leads the consulting practice team at REAG. Aaron brings two decades of business leadership and financial consulting experience across multiple professional services industries to REAG. His diverse background spanning architecture, accounting, law, bankruptcy, software, and real estate provides a foundation for understanding complex client challenges, with expertise centered on speed of execution and operational excellence.
Aaron’s approach to client services emphasizes stewardship as a core principle, understanding that business decisions have profound consequences on people’s lives and requires a strong commitment to getting it right. At REAG, he focuses on services to bring clarity to transaction decision making and preparation. His collaborative leadership style balances curiosity and active listening with decisive action when timing demands quick decisions.
Prior to joining REAG, Aaron built his career by embracing diverse challenges across industries, with expertise including tax strategy, real estate, bankruptcy proceedings, and R&D tax credit optimization. He earned his MBA from The Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
Aaron is the proud father of two daughters who are in college and is based in Tucson, Arizona. Outside of work, Aaron is a multisport athlete who enjoys weightlifting, cardio sports, hiking, skiing, and yoga.
