REAG is pleased to announce the acquisition of Advance Circuits Inc. (“ACI’) by Advanced Electrocircuits Corporation (“AEC”).
ACI is a manufacturer of rigid, rigid-flex, and flexible circuit boards located in Mentor, Ohio. The company provides in-depth design, manufacturing, and consultative engineering support services to customers in the Midwestern United States. AEC is a growing Pittsburgh based contract manufacturer of both single and double sided printed circuit boards. The acquisition of ACI increases the company’s depth within the Midwestern U.S. market and creates synergistic benefits for customers of both companies. REAG acted as the exclusive finder and buy-side adviser to AEC in this transaction.
