Harshid Patel

Harshid Patel joined REAG in 2025 as an Analyst. He is responsible for supporting the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions, including deal sourcing, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials.

Harshid holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from Northeastern University and has successfully completed Level II of the CFA Program. Prior to joining REAG, he interned with Empire Investment Bank, where he developed pitch materials, conducted valuation work using DCF and comparable analysis, and supported key M&A processes across the blockchain and emerging technology sectors.

Originally from India, Harshid began his career by joining his family’s business after stepping away from his undergraduate studies. He later returned to complete his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and eventually moved to the U.S. to pursue graduate studies and a career in investment banking.

Outside of REAG, Harshid enjoys cooking, playing billiards, and video games. He’s also an avid follower of Formula 1 racing.
